Job summary

MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a senior supply chain leader to drive VMI and collaborative replenishment programs. You will partner with Sales and internal teams to identify opportunities to reduce total costs and improve service.

Expect high-impact analytics, KPI design, and enterprise data governance across manufacturing sites. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build high-performing teams, and mentor future leaders while advancing Lean and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and set the strategic direction for VMI and replenishment programs.
• Deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights to influence key decisions.
• Lead enterprise supply chain initiatives to improve cost, service, and working capital.
• Architect VMI frameworks and standardized operating models across sites.
• Build and lead analytics and VMI teams with data-driven decision making.
• Govern data strategy and data integrity across systems.
