Job summary

MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a Senior Procurement Director, IT/Professional Services. You will shape and execute the global procurement strategy across IT and Professional Services, spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, owning a ~ $150M spend and partnering with IT leadership, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, contract compliance, and supplier performance, while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience across IT and Professional Services.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior-level category management role.
• Experience managing a global spend portfolio of $150MM+ across multiple regions.
• Proven track record negotiating complex IT and Professional Services contracts.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory/compliance considerations (e.g., data privacy/GDPR, export controls, local contracting law).
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global IT and Professional Services category strategies.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across regions (RFx, negotiations, contracting).
• Negotiate complex contracts including enterprise software/SaaS, cloud, and consulting/staffing agreements.
• Manage risks and ensure governance and compliance.
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, spend forecasting, and TCO analysis.
• Develop and mentor a team of category managers across regions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance, and regional procurement teams to ensure aligned execution.
