Job summary

MCC, the global leader in premium labels, seeks a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager in Ohio to lead end-to-end operations from sourcing to delivery. You will drive strategic sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics to ensure material flow and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain, negotiates contracts, optimizes costs, and leads cross-functional teams to improve service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong background in production planning, purchasing, inventory management, receiving, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & strategic sourcing: manage procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies.
• Production planning: develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Receiving & inventory control: oversee receiving operations and implement inventory control processes.
• Shipping & logistics: manage shipping operations and coordinate freight carriers.
• Performance monitoring: track KPIs related to materials management and report to management.
• Leadership & process improvement: lead materials, warehouse, and logistics teams and drive improvements.
• System and tool management: oversee planning software and collaborate with IT.
