Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a Procurement Director, IT/Professional Services to shape strategy across IT and professional services categories (EMEA, APAC, Americas). The role oversees around $150M in annual spend and partners with IT leadership, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to drive cost optimization, compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience across IT and Professional Services.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior-level category management role.
• Global spend portfolio of $150MM+ across IT and Professional Services.
• Proven negotiation of complex IT/PS contracts including SaaS and cloud.
• Strong understanding of GDPR/export controls and local contracting laws.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own global IT and Professional Services category strategies.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFx, negotiations, contracting) across regions.
• Own savings targets and budget planning with Finance, including TCO analysis.
• Govern category governance and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Present category performance and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Lead and develop a team of category managers/buyers across regions.
