Job summary

Tim Ho Wan North America is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies across restaurants, commissaries, and expansion operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant, food manufacturing, commissary, or distribution operations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for North America.
• Oversee procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost control.
• Plan and manage inventory, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
• Support new restaurant openings and expansion with scalable supply chain processes.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and risk management.
