Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain & Procurement Manager for the Americas. You will design and optimize regional supply networks across the Americas, lead procurement negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, scalable operations.

You will work closely with Brand Partners to support new market entries and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires 6–8 years in procurement and supply chain, with strong analytics, RFx

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management.
• Experience managing procurement categories within QSR, foodservice, FMCG, retail, or consumer products.
• Proven experience developing procurement category strategies, leading supplier sourcing, and contract management.
• Working knowledge of international procurement and import/export processes.
• Experience supporting new market entries or high-growth businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional supply chain strategies and design end-to-end networks across AMRS.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, distributors, and suppliers on demand planning and inventory.
• Track costs, identify savings, and manage supply risks with contingency planning.
• Lead RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier onboarding aligned with strategies.
• Develop regional sourcing strategies and monitor supplier performance.
• Support new market entries and restaurant openings across the Americas.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain initiatives.
