The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies that support Tim Ho Wan North America's restaurant, commissary, and expansion operations.
The role oversees procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, food and packaging cost control, inventory planning, logistics, distribution, warehousing, and order fulfillment. The incumbent works closely with Shared Services (JWS), Operations, Commissary, Quality, Finance, and suppliers to ensure reliable supply, competitive costs, and efficient service levels.
A key responsibility of the role is supporting Tim Ho Wan's aggressive growth plans by building scalable supply chain capabilities, ensuring new restaurant openings are fully supported, and establishing the infrastructure required for future expansion across North America.
This position reports to the General Manager, Tim Ho Wan North America.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Purchasing & Procurement, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or other related business discipline
Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing such as CPSM, CSCP, APICS, CPP, Lean Six Sigma, or SAP/ERP-related certifications. Knowledge of food safety systems, supplier quality programs, and regulatory compliance requirements is highly desirable.
