Job summary

Tim Ho Wan North America is seeking an HR & Admin Manager to lead talent acquisition, ER, performance management, and compensation programs across the North America region. You will partner with Tim Ho Wan International, Jollibee Group NA HR, and COEs to ensure compliant, scalable people practices while supporting growth, engagement, and leadership capability.

The role reports to the General Manager, Tim Ho Wan North America, and requires collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in HR across talent acquisition, ER, performance management and HR operations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in CA or multi-state US employment environments is a plus.
• Ability to align local HR programs with enterprise-wide standards and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for commissary, restaurant, and support functions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and development.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs compliant with laws.
• Ensure HR operations accuracy, records, and HR systems in line with policy.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, change, and employee engagement.
