Job summary

Kearney Activate Kinaxis Business Lead is a hybrid client delivery and sales leadership role dedicated to driving supply chain planning transformation. The role spans blueprinting, workshops, and design across Kinaxis, o9, and similar platforms to expand Kearney’s planning footprint.

You will partner with consulting teams and Kinaxis sales to identify opportunities, shape engagements, and lead through discovery to deal closure and delivery, building strong senior client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, information systems, operations, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning processes and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting across planning platforms, defining process flows, data needs, and roles.
• Facilitate workshops to define current/future-state processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and implementation roadmaps for Kinaxis, o9, and similar platforms.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support end-to-end transformation efforts aligning tool capabilities with maturity goals and ROI drivers.
• Lead pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations with senior client stakeholders.
