Job summary

Kearney Activate in Boston is seeking a Business Lead to drive hybrid client delivery and sales leadership for supply chain planning transformation. You will originate opportunities and shape engagements across Kinaxis, o9, and similar platforms, bridging strategy, transformation, and technology execution.

You will lead blueprinting, workshops, and solution design while partnering with consulting teams and the Kinaxis sales organization to pursue opportunities and deliver value across client

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning processes and platforms.
• Experience leading blueprinting and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Pre-sales or quota-supporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting activities translating business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops to define current- and future-state processes and requirements.
• Design business processes and architecture across planning domains (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, capacity, fulfillment).
• Translate business needs into functional designs and implementation roadmaps across Kinaxis, o9, and similar platforms.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment with goals.
• Support end-to-end transformation by aligning tool capabilities with maturity goals.
• Conduct assessments of planning processes and tools to measure value realization and impact.
• Lead client-facing sales workshops and discovery sessions to diagnose challenges and quantify value.
