Job summary

Kearney Italia, Inc. is seeking a Kinaxis Business Architect to bridge business strategy and technology in Boston-area engagements. You will lead blueprinting, workshop design, and process architecture across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, and capacity planning.

You will translate business needs into functional designs and drive adoption with clients and teams. The role emphasizes delivery, collaboration across stakeholders, and advancing digital supply chain initiatives with Kinaxis and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, architecture, or transformation in a consulting setting.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis and ERP planning ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Facilitate workshops to define current and future state processes.
• Design processes and architecture across planning areas.
• Translate needs into functional designs and roadmaps.
• Liaise between business users and technical teams.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives.
