Job summary

Thoucentric is seeking a Kinaxis Solution Architect to lead the design of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis for clients worldwide. You will own end-to-end architecture, collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and client teams, and guide the implementation and adoption of Kinaxis solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain planning and Kinaxis expertise, strong communication skills, and hands-on configuration experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Kinaxis Rapid Response expertise to lead large projects.
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• 8+ years total experience with at least one Kinaxis project implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction.
• Hands-on configuration and customization experience in Kinaxis.
• Ability to create business blueprint documents and validate design.
• Strong influencing and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Decision-making and prioritization under changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Design Kinaxis-based supply chain planning solutions for multiple industries.
• Provide Kinaxis expertise on cross-functional project teams.
• Support clients in selection, implementation, and adoption of Kinaxis solutions.
• Lead gap analysis and finalize solution architecture.
• Guide integration and best practices in solution design.
• Support project manager with technical guidance through config, testing, and release.
• Create Use cases for performance evaluation of Kinaxis solution.
• Contribute to building Kinaxis/supply chain practice and pre-sales activities.
• Create reusable assets to accelerate delivery.
