Real Staffing is seeking a Senior Supply Planning Project Lead - Tech Enablement to drive a major Kinaxis implementation across global supply and demand planning teams. The role acts as a liaison, change manager, and project lead to align implementation with business needs and leadership goals.

The candidate will help develop and drive new business operations processes for Kinaxis, bridging gaps between technical delivery and user feedback to ensure a fit-for-purpose planning platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end supply planning in a regulated industry.
• PM, lead, or management experience with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to Kinaxis implementation across supply and demand planning.
• Serve as a Supply Planning liaison, change manager, and project manager between implementation, users, and leadership.
• Bridge the gap between implementation, user feedback, and leadership to drive business processes for Kinaxis — Advanced Planning.
