Kearney is seeking a Kinaxis Business Architect to bridge business strategy with planning platform execution in Boston. You will lead blueprinting, design end-to-end planning processes, and ensure data, roles, and decisions align with client goals.

In this delivery-focused role, you will facilitate workshops, collaborate with business and tech teams, and drive adoption, performance, and value realization across Kinaxis-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant consulting or transformation experience.
• Experience in supply chain planning and designing scalable solutions.
• Experience leading workshops and translating requirements into designs.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting translating business requirements into scalable designs.
• Design processes and solution architecture across planning areas.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and roadmaps.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Define governance, data requirements, and training support.
• Support transformation initiatives and measure value realization.
• Guide testing, UAT, and change management activities.
• Contribute to proposals and client presentations.
