Job summary

Kearney seeks a seasoned Kinaxis Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse). You will translate client needs into Maestro configurations, guide a team of consultants, and drive measurable value across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experienced in implementing advanced planning solutions across Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, E2Open, or similar platforms.
• Experienced in supply chain planning functional design and implementation using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Experienced in leading a team through at least five full-lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution, including requirements gathering, design and development, testing, go-live and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution-design activities, assign configuration tasks, oversee end-to-end implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture Maestro configuration requirements across networks, processes, and objectives.
• Translate business needs into Maestro specifications that incorporate industry trends and best practices.
• Resolve complex data and analytics challenges to ensure the solution produces expected results.
• Oversee data-management and data-integration activities, including source-system data transformation, loading into Maestro, and data cleanup and validation.
• Support quality-assurance practices for the configured solution, including unit tests and end-to-end testing.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in model design and build-task execution.
• Work with business-development teams to identify opportunities for additional work with clients.
