You will drive KPI definition, governance, and end-to-end planning across raw materials, packaging, labeling, and global release planning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or higher, or equivalent experience in science, business or related field.
• Experience in strategic supply chain planning and end-to-end network management.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs for end-to-end supply chain planning and portfolio health.
• Lead cross-functional planning initiatives across materials, packaging, and release planning.
• Mentor staff and support change management to adopt improved planning practices.
