Deciphera is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to lead global clinical product planning and distribution from startup to closeout. The role partners with Clinical Operations, CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs and external vendors to ensure supply continuity, regulatory compliance, and timely study execution across multinational trials based in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical supply chain experience in biotech/pharma settings.
• Experience supporting global clinical studies from startup to closeout.
• Strong forecasting, inventory, packaging, labeling and distribution knowledge.
• Experience managing external vendors including packaging, logistics and depots.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop clinical supply plans, forecasts, inventory strategies and risk plans for global studies.
• Manage packaging, labeling, distribution and investigational product logistics.
• Partner with CDMOs, depots and logistics providers to support study execution.
• Utilize IRT/RTSM systems for inventory management and reporting.
• Identify supply risks and provide actionable recommendations to study teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, CMC, Regulatory, QA and external partners.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP development.
