You will coordinate with development, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of clinical materials and manage budgets and risks. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in clinical supply planning and strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or related discipline; MS/MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in project management, clinical supply planning, or related functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level GCS planning activities across assigned programs.
• Interface with clinical development, regulatory, quality, and supply chain partners.
• Establish timelines for bulk manufacturing and drug product release.
• Maintain consolidated forecasts in SAP for all products in the program.
• Identify supply risks and escalate issues; manage budget and cost estimates.
• Author clinical supply documentation and support CMC activities.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
