Qualifications

• Experience in Material Planning or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management (minimum 1 year with Bachelor degree; 3 years with Associate; 5 years with HS diploma).
• Demonstrated use of SAP or equivalent ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus; must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders per customer requirements and authority tables.
• Monitor supplier acknowledgments, dispatch advice, inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation processes.
• Track purchase orders backlog and coordinate with feeder factories and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify root causes of late deliveries and implement recovery plans; verify goods receipt and invoice processing.
