Job summary

Paylocity Job Board is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead a team of planners for SIOP processes, ensuring alignment between sales needs and product availability. You will prepare a monthly executive report for final decision-making and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels.

The role emphasizes strong ERP/MRP system knowledge, data analysis, and the ability to drive improvements in service levels while managing KPI performance and inventory targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain functions such as planning, scheduling, purchasing, demand planning, and data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Must have demonstrated experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement training highly preferred.
• APICS / ISM certification preferred (CPM, CPIM, CPP, CPSM).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of planners to support a SIOP process.
• Ensure alignment between sales needs and product availability.
• Prepare a monthly executive team report for final decision-making.
• Maintain inventory targets and ensure on-time service.
• Communicate material availability issues to Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Direct purchase order creation and monitor open POs.
• Develop planning, purchasing records, and KPI reports.
