Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize inventory across the supply chain and ensure delivery performance for the allocated customer activity. You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to balance inventory and production planning, maintaining ERP parameters and driving cost reductions.

This role requires 3–5 years in purchasing or planning and a 4-year degree.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand planning processes.
• Support development of planning processes to meet department and business goals.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels for on-time deliveries.
• Own and maintain ERP parameters for planning.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels and drive actions.
• Analyze forecast and production schedule changes.
• Coordinate with buyers on schedule changes and ECO activity.
• Contribute to cost reduction and process improvements.
• Provide input to supplier scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Create tracking tools for cost reductions and NPI/EOL planning.
