Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in purchasing or planning with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand planning systems and interactions with Benchmark processes.
• Participate in Customer Focus Team to support planning processes and goals.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize costs.
• Own ERP parameters driving component and assembly planning.
• Monitor and report inventory levels and generate action plans to meet site goals.
• Report on excess and obsolete inventory and manage disposition per agreements.
• Perform what-if analyses for scheduling, priorities, and decision making.
• Coordinate with buyers and suppliers on AVL choices and alternates.
• Support EOL and NPI changes and risk mitigation for schedules.
