Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year of purchasing or planning responsibilities
• Strong analytical and mathematical problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• APICS certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain full goods inventory levels for assigned area/locations using SAP and Blue Yonder
• Create replenishment loads (purchased or DRP) optimized to minimize costs
• Maintain PP and MRP profiles to maximize SAP Production and Capacity modules
• Ensure SAP coverage for each sales facility within area
• Collaborate with Demand Manager, Sales Centers and operations to support new products and promotions
• Review inventory levels and warehouse capacity to prevent stockouts, overstock, and aging issues
• Coordinate SAP material setups and sourcing changes for purchased products
• Report on close-dated inventory and reduce Breakage, Damage and Loss (BDL)
• Support improvements to the Business Unit's Uniform Forecasting Process
• Participate in SKU management analysis to identify underperforming items
• Provide data to leadership for decision making
• Lead daily collaboration calls to communicate product information and address shortages
• Maintain SAP system parameters for purchased and produced goods
• Manage vendors with varying lead times to maintain inventory levels
