You will review shortages, expedite material, and coordinate POs with suppliers and internal teams. Strong Excel and SAP skills, plus cross-functional collaboration, are essential for timely deliveries and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of planning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong people, communication and influencing skills.
• Must be a team player and cross-functional collaborator.
• ERP software experience required (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review material shortages and production schedules; expedite as needed.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders per policy and procedures.
• Confirm purchase orders with vendors (delivery date, quantity, unit).
• Track and expedite POs with vendors and logistics teams; update delivery dates.
• Build relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure SAP data setup aligns with third-party information.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries and resolve issues with teams and vendors.
• Monitor delivery milestones and resolve discrepancies to avoid lost production time.
