Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking an Inventory Planner in Orlando, working 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekly travel between two Orlando warehouses. The role focuses on maintaining inventory at optimal levels and supporting supply chain operations.

You will collaborate with vendors, logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, expediting where needed and ensuring SAP data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in planning or supply chain roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review material shortages and production schedules to ensure material availability.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders per company policies.
• Confirm PO details with vendors and update delivery dates.
• Track and expedite orders with vendors and logistics teams.
