Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Dallas is seeking a Supply Chain Planner III to establish and maintain the production master schedule across multiple facilities, ensuring demand, capacity and customer service targets are met.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with SAP PPDS and Microsoft Office, and ability to coordinate with plants to optimize production, manage inventory levels, and drive cost-effective sourcing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with mathematical concepts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience with production deployment and purchasing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and oversees production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and capacity for multiple facilities using SAP PPDS.
• Ensure downtime requirements are honored to support manufacturing integrity.
• Prepare and sequence production schedules for the following week and communicate with plants to ensure execution.
• Maintain and update daily SAP release/schedule process orders for each plant.
• Maintain Min Batch and RVs for facilities.
• Analyze production requirements for reasonableness within CCSWB environment.
• Sequence flavors and packages to maximize efficiencies and minimize costs.
• Review line capacity to determine if alternative sourcing is required.
• Coordinate within department to manage over-capacity and ensure supply.
• Work to achieve Working Capital targets on produced full goods.
• Coordinate with Planner II’s on deployment requirements approaching peak periods.
• Assist Life Cycle team with new product launches on produced full goods.
• Manage promotions to minimize raw material risk.
• Conduct weekly production schedule meetings with Production Centers.
• Ad hoc root cause analysis.
• Review inventory levels daily to ensure sufficient stock.
