Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Planner III to lead planning across Vend, Distribution, Merchandising and Sales & Logistics, partnering with field leadership to align on strategy and drive business growth.

The role covers multiple Market Units, requires 3–5 years of planning experience and strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 25% as needed, including visits to up to 10 distribution centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years planning responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with mathematical concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, PowerPoint advanced to proficient level, preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a client service environment, preferred.
• Understanding of operational excellence principles, tools, and methodologies, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the core capabilities of all planning functions and deliver high performing results.
• Perform regular audits and strategic analysis of data integrity, planning session quality, and process compliance to support effective and efficient distribution planning.
• Act as SME on end-to-end Planning systems and standardized planning processes.
• Lead, implement, and execute projects that transform and improve all Planning functions.
• Provide effective training for Planning team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Develop, communicate, and execute action plans supporting partnerships with Field Operations teams.
• Participate in development, implementation, validation and adherence to standard processes.
• Be SME on end-to-end Planning systems to ensure data accuracy and optimal use of applications.
• Distribution Planning: provide coverage for the Distribution Planning Center as necessary.
• Vend Planning: build plans aligning strategic goals with daily operations and identify improvements.
