Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Demand Planner to drive weekly demand forecasts and support the S&OP process. You will gather inputs, build forecast models, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of statistical and mathematical modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques and inputs.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and review statistical forecasts from historical data and drivers.
• Develop and maintain forecast models and improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead regional S&OP forecast process in JDA Blue Yonder.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Lifecycle, and PSS for consensus demand plan.
• Prepare data and metrics for management review and escalations.
• Analyze supply and demand issues and drive resolution.
• Support Demand Planning team on special projects.
