Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II to ensure materials and inventory align with customer demand and production needs. You will analyze demand, inventory, supplier performance, and capacity to keep stock at target levels.

This full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with limited travel. Target compensation is $70,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field: Required
• MBA: Preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing work environment analyzing and recommending material replenishment, or equivalent years of formal education: Required
• Thorough understanding and practical application of statistical methods: Strongly Preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, inventory, supplier performance, and capacity to plan materials
• Maintain inventory targets and optimize stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers, Operations, and Sourcing across ERP/MRP
• Execute Master Production Schedule and forecasts in ERP
• Maintain ERP master data: lead times, lot sizes, planning strategies
• Lead Lean process improvements and cross-functional problem-solving
