Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate II at our United States Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. The role supports warehouse, production, and distribution operations with material movement and inventory control.

The position is full-time and onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with targeted compensation $19–$21 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Growth and on-the-job training are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of progressive warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Advanced forklift certifications preferred.
• Experience mentoring or training less experienced team members preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with reach trucks and order pickers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate picking, staging, and delivery of production materials and finished goods.
• Handle high-value, sensitive, or specialized materials with proper documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and support audits.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Support receiving, storage, shipping, and material movement activities.
• Provide guidance to less experienced warehouse associates.
• Support 5S, Lean, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety policies.
• Support warehouse, production, and distribution operations as assigned.
