Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years’ work experience or equivalent experience
• Planning experience in a large multifaceted manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with defense aerospace industry & regulations
• Significant ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, Other), inclusive of shop floor control systems
• Knowledge of electromechanical manufacturing processes
• Ability to verbally and accurately report project status to program or factory teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to analyze and react appropriately to exceptions in MRP, especially around Bills of Material, Material Planning, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and ECOs
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Focal point for all supply chain planning activities and coordination of new program launches
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Plan, prepare, issue and control material requirements with production schedule
• Support risk management activities impacting the value chain
• Organize, plan, and achieve program and department objectives through collaboration and initiative
