Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II for our Regional Distribution Center in Chesapeake, VA. This full-time, onsite role focuses on materials planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support production and customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 3 years of manufacturing planning experience, with strong ERP/MRP and SAP skills. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing planning or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, release, reschedule, and cancel materials for production orders via MRP.
• Assess supplier requirements and plan supply strategies to meet service levels.
• Maintain appropriate inventory targets and minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with accounting and sourcing to resolve quantity discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and operations to resolve issues.
• Lead lean process improvement and problem-solving activities.
