Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist at our U.S. headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

This role maintains accurate inventory records, oversees item master data, and supports efficient order fulfillment across warehouse operations. This full-time, onsite position offers targeted compensation of $23.00–$28.00 per hour, with required 2+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience.
• High School Graduation or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using computer-based inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, floor coverage, service warehousing, and remote facility warehousing.
• Execute daily inventory analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee stock item master data, ensuring accuracy in descriptions and stock numbers.
• Locate miscategorized items to assist with order processing accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve order issues.
• Generate and process cycle counts; research discrepancies and initiate recounts as needed.
• Complete required departmental paperwork.
• Support 5S and Lean initiatives to improve workflow and eliminate waste.
• Investigate errors and identify root causes.
