Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; fields include Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Develop, implement, and manage demand forecasts based on historical data, sales trends, and market information.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align demand planning strategies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and align forecasts with production schedules and supplier lead times.
• Data Analysis: Use planning tools to analyze sales and inventory data and provide insights.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPI performance such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
• Risk Management: Identify forecast risks and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare forecast reports for management highlighting accuracy and changes in demand.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to planning processes and tools.
