The role requires advanced data interpretation, strong leadership, and collaboration across Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, and Quality to optimize risk, constraints, and supply decisions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP planning systems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Align revenue, demand, and supply by analyzing constraints and planning actions.
• Ensure fill rate targets and on-time delivery through modeling and optimization.
• Balance inventory levels with safety stock and die/mix optimization as applicable.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Publish supply responses and support quarterly revenue plans.
• Develop analytics using Tableau and SQL to diagnose supply-demand gaps.
