Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Planning/Forecasting, Finance, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate demand, supply, and market signals to identify risks, opportunities, and misalignments.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of forecast, supply, and planning disconnects with Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Track and report design-win pipelines and tie them to planning processes.
• Develop constrained forecasts and preferred product mix recommendations with customer relationships.
• Develop and communicate proposed RTF recommendations based on signals and priorities.
• Aggregate signals across regions to support planning reviews with leadership and account teams.
• Govern forecasting processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
