Job summary

Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Manager to lead the Supply Chain Planning Intelligence team within IT Enterprise AI. You will guide a hybrid team of Industry Analysts, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to scale an intelligence layer across Micron’s planning ecosystem.

The role emphasizes AI-driven planning transformation, end-to-end lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable planning improvements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, inventory, order promising, IBP).
• Proven experience leading AI/GenAI or advanced analytics programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, agentic systems, and LLM workflows.
• Familiarity with planning platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP).
• Understanding of modern data platforms (Snowflake, data products, semantic layers).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Planning Intelligence roadmap to automate and accelerate planning with AI.
• Lead cross-functional team efforts across Analysts, Engineers, Architects.
• Drive AI lifecycle from problem framing to PoC to production deployment.
• Improve planning outcomes such as fill rates and latency, not just deployments.
• Define a unified Planning Intelligence architecture compatible with existing tools.
