Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Demand Planning and Revenue Operations professional to drive alignment between demand, supply, and business goals. You will analyze signals and partner with finance, sales, and operations to protect customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Sales, Business Unit, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools; experience with RapidResponse, Snowflake, or Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain planning environments preferred.
• Passion for leveraging, building, and improving AI Supported workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, backlog, forecast, and supply signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue and Forecast Analysts, Sales, BU, and Operations to align demand and supply assumptions.
• Support constrained consensus and planning by evaluating feasibility, allocation needs, and constraints.
• Resolve supply-demand disconnects and data gaps that impact revenue or commitments.
• Recommend allocation, build-ahead, pull-in, and other actions to optimize balance.
• Use RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel to manage data and support decisions.
• Monitor planning performance, forecast quality, and readiness across weekly rhythms.
• Improve Revenue Operations workflows by reducing bottlenecks and data quality issues.
