Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a New College Grad in Boise, Idaho for a Supply Chain Planner role.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize the supply chain, deploy Science of Supply Chain techniques, and use Tableau reports to identify supply-demand mismatches. You will also learn to balance inventory, customer service, and organizational objectives in a fast-moving semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong foundation in supply chain fundamentals and optimization methods.
• Experience with data visualization and programming for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Revenue, Demand, and Supply Alignment: balance supply and inventory to meet revenue plans using constraint-based planning and demand-supply balancing.
• Customer commitments and fill-rate management: project supply accurately to support commitments and optimize delivery performance.
• Inventory and mix optimization: balance inventory and die mix considering constraints, service levels, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, and Quality to drive process improvements and adherence to contracts.
