Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI/planning tools; knowledge of RapidResponse, Snowflake, or Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor/technology manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
• Interest in AI-assisted analysis and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, backlog, field forecast, and supply availability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Analysts, Sales, and Supply Chain to align demand and supply assumptions.
• Support constrained consensus and customer planning by evaluating feasibility and allocation needs.
• Resolve supply-demand disconnects and data gaps impacting revenue or commitments.
• Recommend allocation, build-ahead, pull-in, and remix actions to optimize balance.
• Use RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel to manage data and support decisions.
• Monitor planning performance, forecast quality, and execution readiness on weekly rhythms.
• Improve Revenue Operations workflows by reducing bottlenecks and improving data quality.
