Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manager, Supply Chain for PSI Planning and Fulfillment.

Based in Plano, TX, you will lead supply planning and allocation for Digital Appliance categories, working with SEA Sales, Marketing, and SEC Global to optimize stock levels and revenue realization. You will manage a team of PSI Planners, drive KPI-driven inventory strategies, and present weekly updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 6-10 years’ experience in supply chain management, forecasting, and innovation.
• Experience in leading indirect cross functional resources in a matrix organization.
• Bilingual Korean and English helpful for communications with Global Factories and Offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Planning and Allocation for SEA DA product categories and manage inventory to optimize revenue.
• Coordinate with SEA Sales/Marketing and SEC Global to ensure optimized supply levels based on real-time forecasts and deliveries.
• Manage KPI reporting, execution of inventory management, and exceptions; ensure revenue recognition targets.
• Lead a team of PSI Planners and provide weekly executive-level briefings with cross-functional stakeholders.
