You will supervise a team, collaborate with sales subsidiaries, and guide critical decisions for four-cycle launches and KPI tracking in a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 12+ years in Planning/Forecasting or similar roles.
• Strong analytics, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform market demand analysis by segment and model group.
• Secure supply quantity of key materials for mass production.
• Discuss demand with sales subsidiaries to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead four-cycle product launch planning from intro to EOP.
• Develop and maintain optimal inventory levels for distribution.
• Direct mid- and long-term resource planning and team development.
