Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead PSI Planning and Fulfillment for SEA's Digital Appliance product categories. You will coordinate with SEA Sales, Marketing, and Global Operations in Suwon to optimize supply levels based on real-time forecasts and deliveries.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain/forecasting, with leadership experience and strong communication with executives. Travel up to 15% may be required; based in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in supply chain, forecasting, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and managing in a matrix org.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Subsidiary level supply forecasts for DA product categories.
• Drive on-time delivery and optimize inventory across warehouses.
• Collaborate with SEA Sales, Marketing, and SEC Global teams.
• Provide executive level briefings and reports weekly.
• Manage a team of PSI Planners to achieve targets.
