Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain PSI Planning and Fulfillment (Laundry) in Plano, TX.

You will lead supply planning and allocation for the SEA Digital Appliance category, coordinating with SEA Sales, Marketing, and SEC Global in Suwon, Korea to optimize inventory and revenue recognition. You will manage real-time forecasts, drive KPI-based execution, and oversee a PSI planning team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
6-10 years’ experience in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Innovation.
3-5 years Managing People and Teams
Experience in leading indirect cross functional resources in a matrix organization
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization including weekly Executive level engagement across multiple functions and teams
Bilingual Korean and English helpful for communications with Global Factories and Offices

Responsibilities

Optimize SEA Inventory across Warehouses and Storage Locations to maximize sales while minimizing inventory risks and costs utilizing KPI and Real-Time orders and forecasts including Channel Sell-Out
Achieve Financial Forecast Targets by managing Inventory Fulfillment and Delivery for Revenue Recognition
Supply Chain Lead for DA Product Category and liaison with External and Internal Stakeholders for initiatives, exception management, and to mitigate risks
Manage a team of SCM PSI Planners to achieve goals above
