Responsibilities include supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, and KPI monitoring. The position offers diverse project exposure in a fast-paced industrial environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience leading supply chain teams in high mix/low volume environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor) and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct audits, and utilize data analytics for optimization.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution, focusing on cost, route, and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and address supply chain risks or disruptions proactively.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to meet business goals.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to improve processes.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
