Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage procurement and coordinate outbound/inbound shipments. You will work closely with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and construction leadership to keep projects on schedule and ensure materials flow smoothly.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ERP experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple shipments with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics, shipping, purchasing, or related field.
• Experience coordinating freight, trucking, or supplier deliveries preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to coordinate multiple shipments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound trucking, freight rates, and transportation with providers.
• Schedule inbound freight and deliveries, ensuring alignment with schedules.
• Maintain visibility of shipment schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Procure supplies, tools, equipment, and consumables; manage purchase orders and vendor status.
• Maintain procurement records and support vendor returns and invoice issues.
• Collaborate with Shop, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Project teams to meet timelines.
