Job Role: The Supply Chain Manager leads efforts to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and equipment while reducing costs and streamlining operations. Key Duties:

• Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and monitor performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or refrigeration sectors
• Experience leading supply chain teams in high mix/low volume environments
• Strong background in negotiating fabrication and capital equipment categories
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
• Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods
• Occasionally may need to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, small equipment)

Preferences:

• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience in construction or manufacturing settings
• Familiarity with demand forecasting models and planning tools
