Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing supply chains, strong ERP skills, and leadership ability. The role emphasizes process improvement, analytics, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or refrigeration sectors.
• Experience leading supply chain teams in high mix/low volume environments.
• Experience negotiating fabrication and capital equipment contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
• Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.
• Occasionally may need to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., office supplies, small equipment).

Job Role

The Supply Chain Manager leads efforts to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and equipment while reducing costs and streamlining operations. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments to align supply chain performance with organizational goals and ensures compliance with industry standards and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
• Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
