Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and construction leadership to manage procurement and coordinate logistics for project shipments.

This role ensures on-time delivery, tracks shipments, and supports field operations with materials and equipment; candidates should have 2+ years of logistics experience and strong communication, organization, and ERP system proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating freight, trucking, or supplier deliveries preferred.
• Experience with ERP, purchasing, or shipping software preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound trucking and freight with suppliers and carriers.
• Obtain freight rates and manage transportation with providers.
• Schedule inbound freight and align with production schedules.
• Maintain shipment visibility and accurate records.
• Assist with purchase orders and procurement of supplies.
• Collaborate with Shop, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve freight coordination and costs.
• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve scheduling issues.
