Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates in Richland, WA is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Manager (ISCM) to align supply chain planning with Engineering, Operations, Project Management and Acquisition Management for the Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure program.

The ISCM will report to the Manager of Acquisition Management, drive procurement strategies, assess supplier capacity and risks, and lead cross-functional reviews to ensure mission milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10–14 years of directly related experience.
• Experience integrating supply chain planning with engineering, operations and procurement.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and supplier capacity assessments.
• Experience in regulated environments and risk management.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and leadership for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated 12–24 month supply chain demand forecast.
• Serve as primary supply chain interface with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Management.
• Identify procurement requirements early to improve planning and reduce emergent activity.
• Monitor readiness of BOMs, statements of work, and other inputs for procurement.
• Identify and manage long lead, single source, obsolete, or constrained materials.
• Develop sourcing strategies with Acquisition Management for economies of scale.
• Coordinate supplier planning and evaluate capacity, lead times, and risks.
• Integrate critical spares planning with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Lead an Integrated Supply Chain Review to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Maintain an integrated supply chain risk register with recovery actions.
• Refine end-to-end performance metrics: date reliability, forecast accuracy, readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and improve predictability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
